Hi!
I'm Michelle, a registered psychologist with a particular interest in helping women who need support with life stress and anxiety to take back control of their wellbeing.

I balance evidence based practical coping strategies, while exploring patterns of behaviour that might be keeping you stuck.
​
We work together to increase your understanding of what is happening and what you would like to change. My goal is to help you to build the fulfilling life you want, to help you to learn to live well.
​
I currently run my private practice two days a week in Como.
I have openings for in person sessions on Wednesdays only and Telehealth sessions on both Wednesdays and Fridays.

It can be hard to feel in control of your anxiety, stress and emotional wellbeing. Sometimes these things get away from us. Sometimes it takes a while for us to notice or to have the motivation to do something about it.
​
When we are ready for change, it's important that we have the right fit with our supports.
​
Talking to a Psychologist can really help you identify what is not working for you, learn new skills and ways of thinking, and to build the life you want.
