Everyone is unique and so I tailor my approach to my client's needs

This often includes integrating aspects of multiple therapies or therapeutic models in my work according to what is needed.

These therapies and models include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Informed Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness and Mindfulness techniques, Positive Psychology, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy and Psycho-education.

I see clients who need help with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties,  difficulties adjusting to life changes (including having a baby), grief, and processing traumatic experiences. I also support patients affected by a breast cancer diagnosis, and their loved ones.

I am an AHPRA registered psychologist and psycho-oncology researcher currently practicing in Como, WA. I completed my Bachelor and Masters degrees at Curtin University and worked in private practice in Victoria since 2016, returning to Perth in 2023.

In my capacity as a researcher I have worked on local and Australia wide research projects based out of Western Australia (Curtin University and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital) and Victoria (Peter MacCallum cancer centre, Royal Melbourne and Royal Women's Hospitals). These projects are aimed at supporting families, parents and individuals affected by a cancer diagnosis. I currently hold an honorary position with the university of Melbourne and am completing a research fellowship with Breast Cancer Trials.
